The investigation into the deaths of two people in the Buller region on Tuesday remains ongoing.
One body was removed from an address yesterday with the second to be removed this morning. They will both undergo a postmortem examination in Christchurch in the coming days.
Scene examinations at both the State Highway 7, Rahu Saddle address and Maimai Road address are expected to be completed today.
Members of the public can expect an ongoing Police presence in the area as these enquiries are completed.
