Emergency services are responding to a serious crash in South Head this afternoon.
Police were called to the crash involving two vehicles at the intersection of South Head Road and Evans Road at about 12.20pm.
Initial indications suggest there are serious injuries.
South Head Road has been closed while emergency services respond.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
