Cordons are in place on Patumāhoe Road near Pukekoe following an incident where multiple vehicles were damaged.
Patumāhoe Road is now closed between Hunter Road and Gun Club Road.
One person is in critical condition, and another is in a serious condition.
Police advise members of the public to use an alternate route.
