CityLink Whangārei’s new online bus tracker will go live on Monday 20 July, giving passengers a more convenient and reliable way to plan their journeys. It replaces the previous tracker and will provide a similar user experience, with additional features intended to improve trip planning and passenger confidence.
Using the tracker, passengers will be able to see where their bus is, when to head to their stop and what time they are likely to arrive at their destination, all from their phone.
The new tracker includes a route map, customisable timetable by stop, a connections planner and bus times.
From Monday 20 July, the tracker will be available through buslink.co.nz
Passengers are encouraged to “check before you trek” and use the new tool before travelling to confirm route information, check service updates and plan connections.
REGISTRATIONS OPEN FOR ENERGY RESILIENCE BUSINESS BREAKFAST
Northland businesses are invited to register for a free business breakfast exploring energy resilience.
The event will be held at Hihiaua Cultural Centre in Whangārei on Thursday 6 August, from 7:30am to 9:30am.
It will cover practical steps businesses can take to reduce exposure to energy price shocks and build resilience to energy disruptions. Attendees will hear from Northland businesses who are building energy resilience into their business and positioning themselves as a trusted partner to international customers.
While the event has an exporter focus, it will be relevant to all businesses.
The event is being organised by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, Northland NZ, and Northland Regional Council.
