Police are urging extreme caution to Wanaka motorists this morning due to black ice in the area.
Areas of note include, but are not limited to, Alexandra, Clyde, Springvale, Galloway & Earnscleugh.
Naseby streets appear to also be affected by black ice.
Motorists are advised to delay travel where possible. If you do need to travel, exercise extreme caution and patience, drive to the conditions, and increase following distances.
