One person has died after a serious crash in New Plymouth on 26 June.
Police were called to a single vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at the intersection of Frankley Road and Pike Place about 8.05pm.
The rider received critical injuries and was transported to hospital.
Sadly, despite best efforts by medical professionals, the rider died in hospital on Wednesday 1 July.
The Serious Crash Unit continue to make enquiries into the circumstances of the crash.
