Police searching for missing fisherman Dilane Harding have located a body over the weekend.
While carrying out a search for Mr Harding on Saturday morning, a body was sighted by Eagle on rocks near Albatross Point, Taharoa.
The body was recovered on Sunday.
Police have formally identified the body as that of Mr Harding.
Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
His death has been referred to the Coroner.
