Pioneer Highway is currently closed at the intersection with Amberley Ave in Highbury following a crash.
The two-vehicle crash involving a car and a motorbike was reported just after 6pm.
Initial indications are that there are serious injuries.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and expect delays.
