Buy NZ Made and LUMO, two iconic New Zealand brands, have joined forces to launch a competition offering six NZ-owned small businesses the chance to showcase their products and services on premium digital billboards nationwide.
The initiative celebrates New Zealand Made Day on November 21, spotlighting the vital contributions of local businesses to the economy and communities across New Zealand.
“This exciting initiative aims to support and celebrate local businesses, providing them with an opportunity to reach a wider audience and boost their brand visibility,” says Buy NZ Made executive director Dane Ambler.
LUMO’s CEO and Co-Founder Phil Clemas adds, “As a New Zealand Made media business, we’ve always been passionate about supporting the communities, businesses, and environments where our screens operate. This competition is our way of giving back to local businesses who inspire us and our audiences with their resilience and innovation. We believe that when local businesses succeed, so do our communities.”
To enter, participants can nominate an NZ-owned small business by following Buy NZ Made and LUMO on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn, tagging their nominated business or sharing the competition post.
Winning businesses will each receive a digital billboard package worth $5,000 NZD. Nominations close at the end of November.
