The European Union Free Trade Agreement Legislation Amendment Bill was read a first time and referred to the Foreign Affairs Defence, and Trade Committee.

The committee stage of the New Zealand Productivity Commission Act Repeal Bill was completed.

The debate on the second reading of the Social Workers Registration Legislation Amendment Bill was interrupted.
