From 12 June, all information you currently see on Student Hub Online (the student website – student.aut.ac.nz) will have a new home on the AUT (aut.ac.nz) website. We know it’s not easy to look for information in multiple places and this move will help you better navigate all the opportunities and support services available at AUT.
Find everything you need on one website
When visiting aut.ac.nz, your homepage will look like the current Student Hub Online homepage, retaining at a glance information like Hub hours and locations, quick links to the most common online tools like Canvas and OneDrive, a live shuttle feed, and highlights of upcoming opportunities at AUT.
The difference is that now the more than 250 pages of student information will live on the AUT website, under the ‘Student Life – Oranga Tauira’ drop-down menu.
My AUT – your personalised web experience
Your logged in desktop web experience will now be called My AUT. My AUT is your personalised space within the AUT website that is accessible only by you.
Here, you will find a range of useful information, including:
- Your personal information which includes programme, student ID, enrolment, grades, etc.
- Your prepopulated schedule with class and exam timetables. Any events and appointments you book through the AUT App or My AUT will show up in your schedule. You can also add personal commitments and appointments to track your life around uni.
- Your AUT Wallet balance and the ability to top up and transfer funds to use across outlets and services at AUT
- And most importantly, your AUT community, news and events feed so you always know what’s on at uni.
