Previously eight additional teacher only days were allocated in the Accord between the Ministry of Education, NZEI Te Riu Roa, and PPTA Te Wehengarua. The last of these eight days was held at the end of 2022.
In 2023, the Ministry of Education are providing two days for the Curriculum Refresh and NCEA Change Package
