Important correction to Property transfer statistics: June 2022 quarter – information release
28 July 2022
This is to notify you of an important correction to Property transfer statistics: June 2022 quarter.
The correct value for the percentage of home transfers to people without New Zealand citizenship or resident visas in the June 2022 quarter was 0.3 percent. This was previously published as 3 percent. We also corrected this in two places in the section ‘Home transfers by buyer type’ in the fourth bullet point of each bulleted list.
The correction was only to the text. The tables and Infoshare are unaffected.
