Leading law firm, MinterEllisonRuddWatts advised long-standing client, The Better Health Company Limited, and its major shareholder CDH investments.
Nestlé’s purchase of TBHC brings regional expansion, with the GO Healthy and Egmont Honey products continuing to be produced at the Auckland and New Plymouth production facilities.

Upon reaching agreement, Partner Mark Forman said: ” We were delighted to work alongside the business and its shareholders on this strategically important transaction. The transaction provides GO Healthy and Egmont Honey with fantastic growth potential outside of Australasia by benefiting from Nestlé ’s globally renowned brand, while continuing to be a New Zealand operated business, and is a credit to the outstanding efforts of the GO Healthy and Egmont Honey founders, together with the CDH investments team.”
