Stats NZ releases experimental indicators about building timeframes – Media release

We have released experimental measures of the timeframes experienced on a selection of building projects across the country, Stats NZ said today.
These measures were produced with support from the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
Experimental building indicators: March 2022 quarter uses inspections and code compliance certificate data for a selection of building consent authorities to provide an estimate of construction timelines and completion rates.
