Te Rohe o Rongokako Joint Redress Bill was read a first time and referred to the Māori Affairs Committee.

The committee stage of Te Pire mō te Hararei Tūmatanui o te Kāhui o Matariki/Te Kāhui o Matariki Public Holiday Bill was completed. 

The Natural Hazards Insurance Bill was read a first time and referred to the Finance and Expenditure Committee.

The Commerce Amendment Bill was read a third time.

The debate on the third reading of the Incorporated Societies Bill was interrupted with 11 speeches remaining.
