Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 29 October 2021. Please note this Traffic Bulletin is updated every Friday.

Unless otherwise stated, closures start at 8pm and finish at 5am.

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • Upper Highway southbound on-ramp, 28 October
  • Northbound lanes between Northcote Road off-ramp and Tristram Avenue on-ramp, 25-28 October
  • Northcote Road northbound on-ramp, 25-28 October
  • Onewa Road northbound off-ramp, 27-28 October (approx. 10:00pm to 5:00am)
  • Shelly Beach Road southbound off-ramp, 25 October

CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (CMJ)

  • None planned

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • East Tamaki Road northbound on-ramp, 28 October
  • East Tamaki Road northbound off-ramp, 28 October
  • Southbound lanes between Papakura off-ramp and Drury/SH22 on-ramp, 25-28 October
  • Papakura southbound on-ramp, 25-28 October

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)

  • SH16 northbound to SH18 eastbound link, 27 October
  • Lincoln Road southbound off-ramp, 25-28 October
  • Saint Lukes Road eastbound off-ramp, 25-27 October

UPPER HARBOUR MOTORWAY (SH18)

  • Eastbound lanes between Hobsonville Road off-ramp and Brigham Creek Road on-ramp, 27 October
  • Hobsonville Road eastbound on-ramp, 27 October
  • Trig Road eastbound on-ramp, 27 October

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)

  • Southbound lanes between Dominion Road off-ramp and Hillsborough Road on-ramp, 26 October
