An expert consenting panel has approved the subdivision and construction of Nola Estate in the west Auckland suburb of Glen Eden.
The project is a mixed commercial and residential development.
Of the 236 dwellings, 98 are Kiwibuild properties. Also included in the development are a commercial area incorporating a café, single storey commercial units, communal reserves and recreational facilities.
The EPA is not involved in the decision-making. We provide advice and administrative support for the Panel Convener, Judge Newhook, and the expert consenting panels he appoints.
