We’re excited to continue our membership with Rotorua Central and Taupō Kāhui Ako Community of Learning.
We recently participated in the Teacher Only Day for the Rotorua Central Kāhui Ako, where teachers were able to participate in a forestry-themed tour of our Waipā Campus.
This enabled the Kāhui Ako to develop and investigate a vocational pathway from Primary School to Tertiary within the forestry sector.
Rotorua Intermediate Principal Garry de Thierry described the day as an “opportunity to further enhance students vocational pathway options and to explore a pathway from intermediate, to secondary, tertiary and to employment.”
