Get out in the garden
Embrace the nourishing powers of mother nature by getting out into the garden. Gardening is a great way to move the body. Even in lockdown levels when you can’t get out and buy gardening materials, there are still many things you can do in the garden with the basic gardening tools you might have at home.
Also, if you have seeds at home that need planting, now is a great time for sowing them to help you have veggies or flowers in the garden for summer. Check out this masterclass from Auckland Botanic Garden’s Jack Hobbs.
