Save the Children is seeking the support of an expert on arts-based qualitative, participatory research methods to design the methodology, develop tools, and lead the data collection and analysis. Arts-based research methods may include dance, poetry, music, drama, body art, pottery, etc. Experts in less traditional arts-based methods are strongly encouraged to apply.
Since Save the Children is now live with ProSave system we’ll receive the bids online through the system, so you need to be registered in Ariba network to receive the emails and to be able to bid in our sourcing event online. if you are interested to submit an offer or you have any other questions please send us on Ghassan.Khzouz@savethechildren.org in order to guide you on how to sign up and send you the email.

Please keep in mind that submitting your offer in ProSave system will definitely be considered as an advantage for you.
I. The Proposal
The interested party is expected to follow the framework proposed (below). However, they are also welcome to propose additions or edits as long as they are aligned with the assignment goal and objectives. The interested party must submit a technical and financial proposal (including process, scope and timetable) by August 12.
II. Contents of proposal
– Full curriculum vitae
– Summary of previous experience in undertaking tasks of this type
– Sample of previous similar assignments (2 sample reports of previous work)
– A proposal which includes a workplan & methodology for conducting the study
– A budget (indicating number of days, rate per day and expected related expenses to the assignment and clearly including the VAT)
– Signed Consent form and T&C
III. Review Process
Once all applications are assessed, the selected party will be informed in writing.
