Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 30 July 2021

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • Oteha Valley Road southbound on-ramp, 25 July
  • Northcote Road southbound on-ramp, 28-29 July
  • Northbound lanes between Onewa Road off-ramp and Esmonde Road on-ramp, 27 July (approx. 11:00pm to 5:00am)
  • Onewa Road northbound on-ramp, 27 July
  • Shelly Beach Road southbound off-ramp, 26-27 July (approx. 9:30pm to 5:00am)

CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (CMJ)

  • None planned

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • Highbrook Drive northbound on-ramp, 25-29 July
  • Southbound lanes between Papakura off-ramp and Drury on-ramp, 29 July
  • Papakura southbound on-ramp, 29 July
  • Northbound lanes between Drury off-ramp and Papakura on-ramp, 25-28 July

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)

  • Northbound lanes between Royal Road off-ramp and Brigham Creek Roundabout, 28-29 July (approx. 10:00pm to 5:00am)
