Creating community is a pop-up exhibition series that invites members of the public to share their thoughts on what the community means to them, via interaction with objects.
Objects can evoke different lines of thinking about complex topics, creating meaningful, thoughtful conversations.
These objects are designed to help explore the value of community within libraries and the ways in which we measure our appreciation of it.
Creating Community is an independent project, developed and run by Alyssa Tang.
This project is not affiliated with Auckland Libraries.
Engagement and feedback relate only to the Central City branch and will be explored within the bounds of the Creating community project only.
