Everyone suffers from grief at some stage in their lives, but it’s the way you handle it that counts.
This group aims to equip anyone affected or interested with some tools and techniques to manage through a period of grief or loss. It is not about getting over it, it is getting through it the best way possible.
Patricia Langridge is a qualified and experienced counsellor who would like to give back to the community, especially now in times of stress and uncertainty.
