of Gateway review 0,4 of 2023 Census programme

Gateway is a Treasury-conducted programme/project
assurance process that involves short, intensive reviews at up to six critical
stages in the lifecycle of a project and at intervals during a programme.
Review 0,4, conducted in late-2020, focuses
on providing assurance to Stats NZ on whether the 2023 Census programme
service is robust before delivery, assessing organisational readiness before
and after delivery, and considers the basis for evaluating ongoing performance.
