The Independent Quality Assurance Review
assesses the 2023 Census Programme’s governance and management environment.
The purpose of this Independent Quality Assurance
Review (IQA2) is to assess the 2023 Census Programme’s governance and management
environment to ensure it is fit for purpose for a programme of this size,
complexity and scale, and to consider whether the Design and Quality Workstream’s
approach and detailed planning will deliver the High Level Design scope
within time, budget and to agreed quality levels.
This review was conducted by IQANZ in late-2020.
