Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is advising of road resurfacing and line marking works on State Highway 35 (SH35) at Kaitī and Wainui on Tuesday 26 and Thursday 28 January.
There will be stop/go traffic management in place on SH35 between Coldstream Road and Worsley Street in Kaitī on Tuesday 26 January between 6am and 1pm, and on Thursday 28 January between 6pm and 6am.
Stop/go traffic management will also be in place on SH35 between Waierere Road and Wheatstone Road in Wainui on Tuesday 26 January between midday and 6pm, and on Thursday 28 January between 6pm and 6am.
Traffic will be held at each worksite for a short period of time during the works. Motorists are advised to adhere to the speed restrictions and expect delays.
The work is weather dependent and will be postponed in the event of bad weather.
