The Business Finance Guarantee Scheme has been extended and will be available until 30 June 2021 to help with business cashflow needs including response or recovery projects resulting from COVID-19.

Uptake of the scheme has increased since it was updated in August to make it more available for more purposes.

Changes confirmed by the Minister of Finance have also clarified how the scheme will operate after the end of the Availability Period (from July 2021).

There is still plenty of availability for the cheme to support the provision of scheme loans to businesses who need help with cash flow or capital investment to respond or recover from COVID-19 impacts. Talk to your lender to discuss your financing needs and whether you are eligible for credit using the Business Finance Guarantee Scheme, or find more information here.
