What an incredible night! Our senses were taken on a rollercoaster ride, from the explosive energy of K-pop, Bhangra and Bollywood dance to the soothing sounds of the Chinese Zither (Guzheng). We experienced a fantastic array of cultural delights from African drums and Scottish highland flings to Nepalese, Māori, Pasifika, Norwegian, Irish, Sri Lankan, American, Brazilian and Filipino performances!
The stunning venue at Toitoi – Hawke’s Bay Arts & Events Centre was the perfect backdrop for this year’s International Dinner. We enjoyed a beautiful array of dishes from ‘Dish’ as we went on a wonderful journey around the world.
We are so proud of all of our students, staff and special guests who gave it their all and showcased their unique talents! It was an absolute delight to see so many students dressed in beautiful traditional attire.
Thank you to our International Centre Student Support Officer, Song Sim and all the staff and students that helped make this night a fun-filled, memorable experience for all!
