Police can now release the names of the two women killed in a two-car crash in Patea, South Taranaki on Thursday 1 October.
They were Vanessa Neale, 48, and 34-year-old Jomie Hirst, both of Manawatu.
Investigations into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
