Purchase price allocation decisions

Description

Information release for the final decisions for purchase price allocation, including the outcome from consultation.

The changes are included in the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2020–21, Feasibility Expenditure, and Remedial Matters) Bill, which was introduced to Parliament on 4 June 2020.

The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Revenue were authorised to make final decisions following consultation (see the information release for DEV-19-SUB-0336: Purchase price allocation – release of officials’ issues paper).
