Child Poverty Action Group will be hosting Child Poverty Panel Discussion on July 29 at the St Columba Centre in Ponsonby, from 7.15pm – 9pm, after our AGM.
We have invited members of all major parties and so far have had RSVPs from Minister for Social Development Carmel Sepuloni (Labour), Green Party co-leader Marama Davidson and Maori Party co-leader John Tamihere and ACT Party candidate Karen Chhour.
The discussion will focus on areas of policy related to child poverty in New Zealand and will be facilitated by one of our members.
