The Environmental Protection Authority today officially begins its support role under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020.
Expert consenting panels make decisions on fast-track applications, and set conditions for the projects. We provide advisory and administrative support for the panel convener, Judge Newhook, and the panels he appoints.
