The Treasury has released Treasury Reports and related policy advice that informed the development of the Cabinet Paper, released publicly on 19 December 2019, seeking agreement to decisions on the Overseas Investment Act Phase Two Reform Package.
This release is the first of two, and includes information specifically in relation to the design of the national security and public order call in power.
