HONGKONG, CHINA — Media OutReach – 14 Mar 2018 – B & S International Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”, together withits subsidiaries, the “Group”; stock code: 1705), a food and beverage company, announcesits successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited (“SEHK”) today. 

The closing price of the Company’s shares was HK$3.98 per share, which wasapproximately 298% higher than the finaloffer price of HK$1.00 pershare. The highest share price of the daywas HK$4.05 per share. On itsfirst trading day, trading volume of the sharesof the Company reached over 300 millionwith a total turnover of over HK$1 billion.

LegoCorporate Finance Limited is the Sole Sponsor. Lego Securities Limited is theSole Global Coordinator and the Joint Bookrunner. Kingsway Financial ServicesGroup Limited is the Joint Bookrunner and the Joint Lead Manager. China GalaxyInternational Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Limited and Brilliant NortonSecurities Company Limited are the Joint Lead Managers.
