NEWARK, Calif. & LAUSANNE, Switzerland–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, Logitech (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) announced its newest webcam,
the Logitech®
C922 Pro Stream Webcam. Designed to meet the needs of serious
streamers, the C922 Pro Stream Webcam lets you stream and record

: Stand out from the crowd. @Logitech introduces the C922
Pro Stream Webcam designed for serious streamers.

“Social video platforms such as Twitch have exploded in the past few
years, and with more than 2 million streamers on that platform alone,
the way this new generation of gamers play and learn about games has
forever changed,” said Guillaume Bourelly, portfolio and product manager
of webcams at Logitech. “With the C922 Pro Stream Webcam, we are taking
game casting to the next level so you can easily broadcast your gameplay
like a pro, better engage with your community, and stand out from the

With the C922 Pro Stream Webcam, you can broadcast in HD at 60fps for a
more fluid motion, so every detail of your gameplay can be witnessed by
your community at the same speed as your game. The webcam also includes
a dynamic background replacement feature that uses intelligent shape
recognition to separate the gamer from their background, without the
need for a cumbersome green screen. Gamers can then overlay the video of
themselves on the gaming stream with popular broadcasting apps such as
OBS and XSplit.

Logitech has taken the best of what made the award-winning Logitech HD
Pro Webcam C920, the most widely recommended webcam by professional
gamers and vloggers, and improved upon that legacy to deliver a higher
video quality experience. With automatic low light correction and sharp
autofocus, the C922 webcam adjusts to flickering room lights or multiple
computer screens, so you can stream clear video even in dim lighting.
And, no matter what angle you broadcast from, two omnidirectional noise
cancelling microphones enable a crisp stereo audio with no-drop
streaming and recorded video.

Logitech worked closely with the leading gaming broadcast software
company, XSplit, to integrate its popular live streaming and recording
applications with the C922 webcam by adding predefined settings and
capabilities to enable the best user experience. The C922 webcam comes
bundled with a 3-month XSplit Premium license, which includes complete
access to the professional-grade tools and features of both XSplit
Broadcaster and XSplit Gamecaster, so you can quickly and easily start
streaming any type of content right out of the box.

The Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam is available today at Logitech.com
for a suggested retail price of $99.99. For more information, please
